Under the slogan “Do not postpone, your examination now means safety,” the cultural department at Madaa Creative Center organized a workshop to educate women about breast cancer at the Madaa Center Club in the village of Silwan.
The workshop was attended by dozens of women, including one woman who had been a breast cancer patient, and spoke with women about her experience; where she said: “The early examination of this disease is half of the treatment, and women should regularly go to the annual examinations, and in the case of having breast cancer you should consult more than one specialist in this field.”
Madaa Center hosted the Health Association for the Welfare of the Jerusalem Family, where the staff presented an explanation and awareness to women about the disease through various activities.
