Leadership Training

Madaa is running a leadership training program every year before the summer for teenagers in Silwan.

10 teenagers are participating in the training which focuses on nonviolence methods to strengthen the community.

The participants practice their skills by taking an active role in the activities of the center for children, throughout the summer.

During the Summer Games the participants of the leadership training program lead groups of children.
