Bilhana Silwan - Cooking Project

In cooperation with the Willy Brandt Center (www.willybrandtcenter.org), Madaa is hosting the preparation of traditional Palestinian and Silwani food. The cooking is done by the women of Silwan and the recipes are collected into a book which will be professionally edited and printed in English or Arabic.
